These individuals either retired according to government stipulated age requirement, voluntarily at an early age for personal reasons, due to medical reasons or trained as a nurse but never practices for personal reasons. The group is non-racial, apolitical, non-sexist and does not discriminate on grounds of training grades or previous nursing status position. Individuals shall pay a stipulated fee to be a member and any other fee deemed necessary by the Executive Committee and general membership.
